Make it a Pebble
In Habit Perch, Focus Pebble, or Todo Pebble, click the minus button to collapse the card. Drag the Pebble to a comfortable spot. Click it to open the card again.
A LITTLE HELP, RIGHT HERE.
From your first download to finding a hidden Pebble. Everything you need to settle in.
For Apple silicon Macs (M1 or later) running macOS 13 or later. These apps do not run on Intel Macs, Windows, iPhone, iPad, or Android.
01 / GET SETTLED
First export a backup from Habit Perch or Todo Pebble, then quit the old app before replacing it. Closing its window only hides it. If Finder says the app is “in use,” follow the Quit steps below.
Choose the Apple menu in the top-left corner, then About This Mac. Look for an Apple M-series chip and macOS 13 or later.
The current releases are Developer ID signed and Apple-notarized. If your Mac says an app is damaged, unsafe, or cannot be verified, contact us with the exact message and where you downloaded it. Don’t disable your Mac’s security settings. A normal first-open confirmation that an app was downloaded from the internet is different from an unsafe-app warning.
02 / FIND YOUR SPACE
In Habit Perch, Focus Pebble, or Todo Pebble, click the minus button to collapse the card. Drag the Pebble to a comfortable spot. Click it to open the card again.
The Pebble’s × or the card’s close button hides the app. It can still be running. Open the app again from Applications, or use its icon in the menu bar at the top of your screen.
Open its card and choose the visible Quit control at the bottom. Or click its small menu-bar icon at the top of your Mac screen and choose Quit Habit Perch, Quit Focus Pebble, or Quit Todo Pebble.
The top-right menu-bar icons are separate from the Dock along the bottom. If the left side of your menu bar says “Finder,” you’re looking at Finder’s menu, not the app’s menu-bar icon.
Open that app from Applications and use its Quit control. If you have multiple copies running, open Activity Monitor, search for the app’s name, and quit each matching process. Use Force Quit only if normal Quit fails; unsaved changes may be lost. Then replace or remove the old app.
Open the Pebble’s menu-bar menu and choose Recover window position to bring it back into view.
03 / YOUR FIRST FEW MINUTES
Open Make it yours, add or edit your habits, then choose Save to return to Today. Check off habits as you go.
Each local calendar day starts a fresh checklist. Previous check-ins and weight entries are retained. Remove habits in settings and mistaken weight entries in Progress. A second weight entry on the same day replaces that day’s earlier value.
Choose Focus, Short break, or Long break, then Start. Open settings to change durations and choose Save. Saving settings or changing modes resets the session; breaks start when you choose them.
At completion, the Pebble turns orange. With sound enabled, the chime repeats until stopped. Open the card or choose Stop alarm to silence it.
Hiding the timer does not pause it. A running session keeps its deadline through sleep or quitting; when the app next runs, it may immediately report that time is up. Pause or reset before stepping away if you don’t want it to finish.
Type a task and choose Add. Check it off when finished. Use To do, Done, and All to switch views.
Tasks stay on your list across days. Completed tasks remain under Done and All; checking one off does not delete it.
Paste your words into the script editor or choose Import Text… for a plain text file. Move the prompt near your webcam, adjust the text size and pace, and press Start.
LensPerch displays your script; it does not record video or listen to your voice. Use your usual recording or call app alongside it. If you share your entire display, other people may see your script.
Use Export Script… to save your words as a file. To quit, activate LensPerch and choose Quit LensPerch or press Command-Q.
04 / KEEP WHAT MATTERS
There is no account or automatic cloud sync. Your records stay on the Mac where you use the app.
The app first saves a recovery copy of its current records. Choose Show recovery backups to find those files. Use Restore backup to recover an appropriate before-restore JSON file.
Backup files are readable, unencrypted JSON. They can include private tasks, habits, and weight entries—even when weight numbers are hidden in the app. Keep them private. Saving to Dropbox or iCloud uses that service to sync the file; the app itself does not sync.
Your personal license covers your own compatible Macs. Install from your purchase email and transfer records using the steps above. For LensPerch, export your script and import it on the other Mac. Focus Pebble settings can be set again on the new Mac.
Moving the app to Trash is not a reliable way to erase its saved records. Export anything you want to keep first, and contact us for help removing saved app data.
05 / YOUR PURCHASE
Check spam and search for The Creative Agenda or downloads. Make sure you’re checking the address used at checkout. If it still hasn’t arrived, email hello@creativeagenda.io with your purchasing email and order reference, if available.
No. Download links expire after 30 days; your license does not. Contact us from your purchasing email for replacement links after we verify the purchase.
A refunded purchase no longer provides download access. The same message can also mean the service could not verify access for that purchase. If you have not requested a refund, contact us with your order reference so we can check it. Don’t purchase again just to fix a link.
Email hello@creativeagenda.io within 14 days of purchase, with your purchasing email and order reference. Bundles are refunded as a whole purchase. Refunds revoke the purchase’s download links. See our purchase and refund terms.
Your one-time purchase includes version 1 updates. There is no automatic updater. Contact support if you need the current download. Before replacing Habit Perch or Todo Pebble, export a backup and quit the old app.
